What will be your role?

• Managing daily office operations with the aim of creating a hassle-free working environment
• Communicating with company management and employees
• Scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing calendars and business trips, taking care of visitors
• Handling phone calls and emails, keeping records of mail (in Slovak and English), managing and recording documents
• Providing administrative support to management and other company departments, and performing general assistant tasks
• Communicating and negotiating with building managers, mobile operators, and suppliers
• Ensuring and taking responsibility for auxiliary work and moving, ordering goods and monitoring stock levels
• Cooperating in the organization of team building events
• Taking care of the cleanliness of the company’s premises
• Fulfilling other requirements as instructed by the supervisor.

Personal qualities and skills:

Personal qualities: good organizational skills, reliability, independence, pleasant manner, and positive attitude
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position—we will give preference to candidates with good references from previous employers
Active driver (class B driver’s license) willing to drive a company car
Education: in economics, management
Language skills: English at least at an intermediate level (B2+)
