What will be your tasks?

Your job won’t be just about paragraphs – it will be about finding solutions:

  • Crafting & Mastering Agreements: Drafting, preparing, and reviewing a wide variety of legal documents, with a primary focus on high-impact commercial agreements in both Slovak and English.
  • Defining Internal Standards: Shaping the company’s “rules of the game” by drafting and managing internal regulations.
  • Navigating Partnerships: Acting as a professional bridge between PANTHEON.team and our business partners, handling high-level communication with their legal departments on an international scale.
  • Empowering HR department: Providing expert legal support in labor and employment law, working hand-in-hand with our HR to ensure a top-tier workplace environment.
  • Strategic Legal Planning: Taking a birds-eye view of the company’s legal landscape by supervising the planning and analysis of our long-term legal needs.
  • Exploring Diverse Legal Frontiers: Diving deep into various legal areas, including Commercial and Labor law, IT law, Personal Data Protection (GDPR), Intellectual Property (IP), and Copyright law.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Joining forces with other teams to co-create legally binding documents that support our business.
  • Risk Mitigation & Solution Finding: Proactively identifying potential legal risks and designing smart, effective solutions.

Personal qualities and skills:

This position is ideal for motivated fresh graduates – however, 1–2 years of experience in a similar legal role is a significant advantage. Proficiency in professional English (both written and spoken) is essential.
