At Pantheon Group, we are looking for a new full-time colleague to join our Front Office team at reception.

What do we expect from you?
– ensuring the smooth running of our reception desk from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Mon-Fri)

What will be your role?
- Responsibility for ensuring the smooth and seamless operation and representativeness of the reception desk
- Receiving and seating visitors, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling phone calls and emails, keeping records of mail (in Slovak and English), managing and recording documents
- Administrative and organizational support for management
- Handling non-standard situations in the office
- Taking care of the kitchen and meeting rooms, ensuring order in the company premises as needed
- Communicating and cooperating with other departments and employees of the company, as well as with business partners
- Supporting marketing and team-building activities
- Fulfilling other requirements as instructed by the supervisor

Personal qualities and skills:
– Language skills: English at least at intermediate level (B1+)
– Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
– Driver’s license (B) is an advantage
