What will be your tasks?
Your precision directly enables our teams to deliver great projects, with the following tasks:
- Collaboration with the CSO on the preparation of project budgets
- Processing customer Statements of Work (SOW) and Purchase Orders
- Creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers
- Issuing invoices and uploading them to Vendor Management Systems
- Ensuring the invoice approval process
- Preparing quotation calculations
- Communicating with client contacts regarding invoices status
- Resource management in customer’s Vendor Management Systems
- Managing the execution of background checks for the customer
- Mapping and reconciling sales budgets within the JIRA system
- Subcontractors invoice validation.

Personal qualities and skills:

Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role is a significant advantage.
Experience with JIRA or similar tools, as well as Money S3, SAP Ariba, or other ERP systems is considered a strong plus.
