Pantheon Academy is a three-month paid trainee program, designed for fresh graduates eager to dive into the world of software development. Whether you’re interested in frontend, backend, testing, or DevOps, our program provides hands-on experience through exciting prototype projects, guided by experienced mentors.
Throughout the program, you’ll develop skills in your chosen programming domain, learn industry-standard tools, and work on real-world challenges that reflect the complexities of modern software engineering. Successful graduates will have the opportunity to advance into a Junior Software Developer position at PANTHEON.tech.
While the Academy is designed for early-career professionals and graduates, we expect you to come prepared. That means having a basic understanding of the language or tech track you apply to. Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to be experts. But we are looking for passion, curiosity, and foundational skills.
