Python Backend Development: Learning and assisting with writing clean Python code, fixing bugs, and implementing backend tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.

AI-Assisted Coding & Learning: Using modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up your learning curve, generate initial code drafts, and write unit tests.

Exposure to Agentic Systems: Assisting with testing and integrating basic AI workflows, API connections, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Writing basic unit tests, analyzing application logs, and learning how to validate AI-generated outputs for reliability.

Basic Task Automation: Writing helper scripts (Python/Bash) to automate repetitive daily tasks and streamline developer workflows.

Core Python Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Python basics (syntax, data structures, functions, basic OOP) through university coursework, side projects, or self-study.

Enthusiasm for AI Tools: Curiosity and basic hands-on experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to assist with coding, debugging, or learning new technical concepts.

Eagerness to Learn: A proactive mindset with a drive to learn modern software development practices, read existing codebases, and adapt quickly.

Logical & Critical Thinking: Ability to break down problems step-by-step and critically verify AI-generated code rather than blindly copying answers.

Writing code, of course, and learning a lot! We believe in small teams, but if you end up with a simple task, it might be completely up to you.

Through regular employee assessments, there is a high possibility of promotion from Trainee through Junior, Semi-Senior, and Senior to an Expert. Information about the program
Pantheon Academy is an excellent way to start your career as a Developer or Tester. We provide space for growth and young talents are more than welcome in our organization. Our 3-month Trainee Program offers a salary of €1,100. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a Software Developer role with a starting base salary of €1,500. Further increase is considered on annual salary reviews based on your performance and achievements.
Selection process
Pantheon Academy is an excellent way to start your career as a Developer or Tester. We provide space for growth and young talents are more than welcome in our organization. The Trainee Program lasts for 3 months and the salary starts at 1,100 euros. Your salary grows together with increasing experience, by 100 euros every month. By the end of our Academy, you will be ready to be promoted to Software Developer with a base salary 1,500 euros. Further increase is considered yearly based on your results.
Requirements for this position
To qualify for our Trainee Academy, candidates must first successfully complete the 3-month Pantheon Educational Program, designed to fully prepare you for this role.
Further requirements in addition to the main requirement stated above:
- Education: in IT / The position is suitable for a fresh graduate.
- Language: English B2+ / We utilize SCRUM and communicate with customers worldwide on a daily basis, ENGLISH is a must.
- Technological requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Python, Typescript, AI, Linux
- Knowledge or big interest in the Networking domain is an advantage
- Previous work experience is a big advantage
- A clean criminal record is required.
During the program, on-site work is required.

- Deep Python mastery (language internals, data model, standard library) and cloud experience (AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD)

- Real-time communication (WebSocket, gRPC) and overview of complementary technologies (e.g., Golang)
